hello beautiful

I’m Seren, a lifelong lover of dance, movement, and the natural world. I use ancient tools like yoga, Ayurveda, and self-care to connect women to their bodies, intuition, and life force.

I am fiercely devoted to the magic of the human body and the exquisite mysteries that weave through everyday life. I am on a mission to help women feel safe and at home in their skin so that they can live with more trust, aliveness, and joy.

I hold a gentle and judgement-free space where you are welcome to simply BE, exactly as you are.

“within every woman there is a wild and natural creature, a powerful force, filled with good instincts, passionate creativity, and ageless knowing.”

“Seren is a true lineage carrier of the Divine Feminine Renaissance that is occurring on this planet today. A long-time student and sacred-friend, I have implicit trust in her ability to guide students into the only true yoga- the yoga of love.”

— Katie Silcox- NYT Best-Selling Author and Founder of the Shakti School

“Seren’s work is one of heartening lightness and incredible depth. Her approach puts me immediately at ease and her work has allowed me to soften into the places in my body and being that most need attention and care. She is one of a small handful of practitioners I feel truly safe and held by, emotionally, physically and spiritually. ”

— Ariella Daly, Beekeeper, Dreamworker, Womb Wisdom Guide

“I am completely at ease in Seren’s hands. Her level of skill, deep sensitivity, profound listening, and generous and loving heart are always just the right medicine. Seren is a rare practitioner and space-maker because of how much she both cares, and trusts. I feel held when I am in her presence, because she allows herself, and both of us, to be held during our work together, always.”

— Sarah Byrden, Writer, Educator, Wilderness Guide

“here in this body are the sacred rivers: here are the sun and moon as well as all the pilgrimage places. I have not encountered another temple as blissful as my own body.”
